Nah siapa yg ga tau enak nya donat buat cemilan? Apalagi jaman modern gini donat begitu menariknya dgn berbagai topping rasa.. jaman gw dulu cuman ada 2 rasa.. pake coklat mesea atau gula halus.. huehehe..
FA Joy
After research and product testing, karakternya cakey, doughy, bready, very thick mouthfeels, kinda lil sweetness in there and cukup ada aroma vanillanya. Poweder sugar ada juga, and cukup enJOY pake flavor ini yg mana sangat gw rekomen jadi supporter, wah ini flavor menurut gw “The Missing Boy” yg harusnya dr dulu ada… (jadinya ga repot kebanyakan layer) karena klo lo bikin resep bakery, dessert, donat, funnel cake, cookie, sponge cake, dan sejenisnya.. dengan sweet spot menurut gw cukup max 1% di mix recipe, si JOY bisa ngangkat body and bener2 rounding mouthfeels dr flavor bakery itu. JOY akan kasih lil sweetnes, bold body bakery, baked cake mouthfeels, Well, biar kata supporter tp very helpful in mix recipe. Oiya, ga rekomended untuk single flavor, max 3% tp ga akan nongol banget rasanya and ada wax, lengket after taste gitu klo single flavor.and the down sidenya si FA JOY, its quite difficult to get perfect pairing, tp when you nailed it.. BOOM! You’ll love it!
FA Wow untuk campuran resep donat
New kids on the block as well nih dari FA, lagi2 sesuai namanya WOW! The lost boy is back for your doughnut craving! Alias.. profil si WOW ini all about donat, very light donat baked mouthfeels, light doughnut, slight fruity flavor juga mencerahkan suasanya. Untuk single sweet spot cukup di 3-5% while in recipe dia 1-2% udah WOW.
Add body and mouthfeels di resep donat kalian, pairing deh ama CAP Choco Glazed Donat and add creams and your fave Chocolate essence, and you’ll thank to me later, for WOW delicious! Heuheuheu..
CAP Glazed Doughnut disarankan tidak lebih dari 3%
Ini mungkin salah satu flavor donat yg paling mainstream favorite, kebanyakan liquid donat pasti ada flavor ini deh, walaupun IMHO ini CAP Glazed Doughnut sebernya jauh dari spot on dan tergolong susah susah gampang di jinakin nya, okelah.. karakternya sih sekilas mirip dari aroma nya, sweet cakey and moist sugar frosting/ glazed, just lil sweetness on it. cukup bagus profile nya sebernya asalkan kalian pake bener2 ga overflavor.. menurut gw jangan berpikir jadiin ini main profile di resep kalian. Karena pasti akan add more % dan kalian pikir akan biar berasa cakey donat nya and you will know soon its wrong.. why? Karena if your put more than max 4% in single flavor pasti akan berasa chemical taste persis aroma/essence kek di playdough mainan anak. In recipe no more than 2% ya.. biar dia jadi support aja, karena memang bagus disitu. Dan steeping sialnya cukup lama.. untuk max potential gw steeping 3-5weeks, tergantung brapa complex resepnya. Dan untuk pairing, pernah makan donat kan? Atau JCO? Ya.. bisa semua flavor masuk lah.. dr mulai yg common macam strawB, Bluberry, chocolate, vanilla, dll. Not really fancy on it, but always keep it in stocklist. Oiya, untuk TFA mereka ada Frosted Doughnut yg mana IMHO, better ga usah repot2 coba. Off bangaddd plus way too chemicall for my taste.
CAP Chocolate Glazed Doughnut
Ahhh yg ini spot on! Love this one in doughnut recipe, yg terutama chocolate or even masuk ke resep cake coklat pun enak juga. IMHO, flavor donat CAP yg satu ini justru hampir spot on drpd si glazed doughnut. Lebih balance and konsisten, karakternya lebih ke baked donat with lil hints of dark chocolate and vanilla sweetness, overall very subltle and light doughnut flavor. Very nice, untuk di support sama FA Joy or FW Yellow Cake. And add your fave Chocolate or maybe Fruits flavor. The only downside nya, flavor ini lebih dry di mouthfeels nya dan cukup berasa dry dan lagi-lagi NOT coil Friendly, karena udah ada unsure manis jadi ya coil pun cepet gunky. Dan untuk sweet spot nya di stand alone bisa di 5-8% while kalo masuk resep, gw suka add cukup di 2-4% . Pairing sama FLV Choc Deutch untuk perfect chocolate flavor dan FA Joy akan kasih lebih sweetnes donat, glazed sugar donat mouthfeels, plus FA Marshmallow untuk body dan FW yellow cake atau Cookie (biscuit) untuk profile lebih complex. YUM! Very nice flavor dr CAP.
